Inhotim in January

Enjoy your vacations experiencing the meeting of art and nature here in Inhotim. During the month of January, the Institute will open again on Wednesdays. Inhotim is open for visitation five days per week: from Wednesday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm; and Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Tickets can be exclusively purchased online and in advance on Sympla, Inhotim’s official ticket office. Daily number of visitors is limited to 1,500 people, following all Covid-19 protocols.

Throughout the month of January, Inhotim’s Educators will offer a special program of guided visits. The Panoramic Visit takes place from Wednesday to Sunday and holidays at 10:30 am. On weekends, always at 2:00 pm, a Themed Visit offers an overview of the new exhibitions that opened in 2021. If you haven’t seen the two exhibits yet, this is your chance! Galeria Fonte hosts the exhibition Deslocamentos [Displacements], while Galeria Mata hosts Primeiro ato – Tunga, Abdias Nascimento e o Museu de Arte Negra [First Act – Tunga, Abdias Nascimento and the Museum of Black Art].
