Monthly Schedule

June at Inhotim

This June, Inhotim offers exhibitions, concerts, workshops, and much more!

From June 4 to 8, the 21st edition of Inhotim Environment Week brings together nature, art and education for a celebration of World Environment Day. The program invites visitors to reflect on territory, memory, biodiversity, and culture through workshops, mediated visits, occupation of gardens, and more.

On June 8, the first edition of Concerto Didático (Educational Concert) brings together some of the best musicians in Brazilian popular instrumental music: the group Toca de Tatu from Belo Horizonte and multi-instrumentalist Nilze Carvalho (Rio de Janeiro).

Offered daily, the Panoramic Tour covers the history and collection of the museum. To exercise your creativity, the best option is to join one of the workshops of the Traveling Workshop.

Be sure to visit the group exhibition Maxita Yano, as well as the temporary exhibitions on display: Homo sapiens sapiens by Pipilotti Rist, Apenas depois da chuva (Only After the Rain; 2024) by Rebeca Carapiá, Tangolomango by Rivane Neuenschwander, Esconjuro (Conjure) by Paulo Nazareth, O Barco (The Boat; 2021) by Grada Kilomba, the group exhibition Ensaios sobre paisagem (Essays on Landscape) and Giro (2023) by Luana Vitra.

In June, Inhotim is open from Wednesday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Admission is free on June 4, 11, 18, and 25 (Wednesdays), and June 29 (CEMIG Free Sunday). To learn more, check the Free Inhotim guide and get your tickets in advance.
