    The Inhotim App and Inhotim email domain are hosted by a partner server, but the data provided via email is not shared due to confidentiality and information security rules.

    The personal data of users and visitors is stored by the Inhotim APP for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose set forth in this document, as provided for in item I, article 15, of Law 13.709/18.

  • 5. Can I request the deletion of my registration on the Inhotim APP?

    You can easily request changes and/or deletion of your registration, as well as the data contained therein. To do this, simply access your account on the Inhotim App and delete your account. Furthermore, as soon as the data is no longer needed, it will be deleted. This does not apply in cases of legal obligation or to safeguard the rights of the Inhotim Institute.

  • 6. Regarding changes and notices, this Privacy Policy was updated on June 16, 2024.

    The document may be amended by the Institute at any time. If changes are made that require new authorizations, the Institute will inform you by email to ensure everything remains within current legislation.
