The elephant's foot is a shrubby plant that can reach 5 meters in height, with a semi-woody texture and a sculptural appearance. Although it resembles a palm tree, it belongs to a different botanical family.
Native to the desert regions of Texas (USA) and Mexico, the elephant's foot plant retains a significant amount of water in its spongy interior. Due to its slow growth and curious shape, it is also widely used for interior decoration, patios, and balconies.
