Motta and Lima met in the Visual Arts course at the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation (São Paulo) and began developing and signing works with shared authorship. Interested in the observer's experience and the everyday as a theme, their works deal with the space of the city and the gallery (including museological limitations), and with the use of different technological resources. In 2010, they were awarded the CIFO prize from the Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation in Miami. They have participated in several group exhibitions in Brazil and abroad, such as the 1st Fin del Mundo Biennial (Argentina, 2007) and the 10th Havana Biennial (Cuba, 2009).
