Part of the first set of exhibition buildings designed for short-term exhibitions at Inhotim, the Fonte Gallery was inaugurated in 2002, with a design by architect Paulo Orsini. The gallery's name, a common feature of temporary galleries, refers to the region where it is located, near water sources. With a simple and curvilinear design, the building proposes a dialogue with its surroundings, which are surrounded by vegetation and waterways. Periodically, new exhibitions are presented in this space, allowing for the temporary display of part of the collection.
