Inhotim is turning 20, and we want to celebrate this history with you!

On October 18th , Inhotim will host a special celebration with a grand show by João Gomes , starting at 15 pm , on the lawn of the artwork “Invenção da cor, Penetrável Magic Square #5, De Luxe” (1977), by Hélio Oiticica.

Get ready for an afternoon of music, art, and nature in one of the most special places in Brazil.

⚠️ Important: The event ticket is personal and must be presented at the entrance. Birthday and/or institutional complimentary tickets will not be accepted.

Important informations:

➡️Date: 🗓️Sunday, October 18th

➡️Show time: 🕒15 PM

➡️Location: 📍Magic Square lawn

➡️ The ticket grants access to Inhotim and the space designated for the presentation. Purchases are limited to two tickets per CPF (Brazilian tax identification number).

➡️ We recommend arriving early to complete the entry procedures smoothly.

➡️ The event will take place outdoors. Check the weather forecast and prepare for the weather conditions.

➡️On October 18th, starting at 14:30 PM, the galleries will be closed to visitors. The shuttle service will end at 14 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly.

➡️The event will have an area for people with disabilities and a sign language interpreter. If the person with a disability is accompanied, both people need to get a ticket.

➡️ Cups will be distributed to attendees. There are free drinking fountains throughout the park.

What can I bring? ✅

To ensure the comfort and safety of all people, the following are permitted:

• – sunglasses;
• – sunscreen and lip balm;
• – hat or cap;
• – yoke;
• – backpack or bag;
• – raincoat;
• – Water in a sealed cup or flexible plastic bottle of up to 500 ml (up to two items).

What can't you bring? 🚫

For safety reasons, to preserve the spaces and ensure the comfort of the public, entry will not be permitted with:

• – chairs, benches, stools or similar items;
• – umbrellas and parasols;
• - firearms or any type of weapon;
• – sharp, piercing or pointed objects, such as knives, scissors, box cutters, corkscrews, among others;
• – fireworks, explosive devices, flares or incendiary devices of any kind;
• – glass objects;
• – Glass, metal, or rigid containers that may pose a risk;
• – alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, juices or other drinks that are not water;
• – Styrofoam, coolers, or utensils intended for storing food or beverages;
• – sprays of any kind, including spray sunscreen;
• – flammable, corrosive, poisonous or toxic substances;
• – illicit drugs;
• – tasers or other neuromuscular incapacitation devices;
• - laser pointers, strobe lights or other light-emitting devices;
• – selfie sticks or extenders for self-portraits;
• – skateboard, bicycle or any other type of vehicle, motorized or not;
• – Professional photographic or video cameras, including equipment with detachable lenses;
• – drones or any type of unmanned aerial equipment;
• – professional equipment for filming, photography or audio recording;
• – materials or objects that can be used for marketing activities;
• – flags, banners or posters with commercial content or messages of a discriminatory, offensive, homophobic, racist or xenophobic nature;
• – food in quantities that indicate intent to sell or that may pose a safety risk;
• – any other objects that, in the organization's judgment, may pose a risk to the safety of participants, staff, or property.

The organization will inspect bags and packages at the entrance. Unauthorized items may be confiscated and will not necessarily be returned.

By purchasing and/or collecting a ticket and participating in the event, the participant authorizes, free of charge, the use of their image, voice, and name , when captured during the event, for institutional, promotional, and communication purposes of Inhotim and the event itself, in photographs, videos, and other communication materials, without this generating any right to compensation or remuneration.
