De Lama Lâmina (2004-2009) is a project that originated in a collaborative performance with the musician Arto Lindsay during Carnival in Salvador, Bahia, in 2004. In a work that exists in Inhotim simultaneously as a film projected in a dedicated gallery and a sculpture inside a pair of massive geodesic domes located within a eucalyptus forest, the artist has constructed a complex narrative about the conflict between Ogum, the god of iron, war and technology, and Ossanha, the deity of forests, plants and the forces of nature.
