Allan Schwartzman is an art historian specializing in contemporary art and provides long-term planning consultation for private and public art collections.  He was a founding staff member of the New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York City, and served as curator from 1977-1980.  He has written about art for a variety of publications including The New Yorker, The New York Times, ArtForum, and Art in America.  He continues to serve as contributing editor of Art & Auction.  And he currently serves on the board of Artists Space. He is the chief curator of Inhotim.

 

Jochen Volz is Instituto Inhotim’s curator and artistic director (Brumadinho, MG). He was co-curator of Venice’s 53rd Biennial in 2009 and guest curator of São Paulo’s 27th Biennial in 2006. Between 2001 and 2004, he was the curator of Portikus in Frankfurt, Germany. As a critic, he collaborates with specialized magazines and publications.

 

Rodrigo Moura is Inhotim’s curator, editor, and art critic. He was assistant curator (2001–2003) and curator (2004–2006) of the Museu de Arte da Pampulha, in Belo Horizonte. In 2008, he was the curator of the exhibition “Paralela – De perto e de longe”, at the Liceu de Artes e Ofícios, in São Paulo, and, in June 2009, of Mauro Restiffe’s solo exhibition “Mirante”, at Photo España, in Madrid.
